FANDOM

The Stories & Fanon Wiki does allow a wide range of things, but we do have rules which explain where the line is. Do not cross this line in any way, as it will lead to you being punished.

Stories Edit

  • Nothing erotic. Kisses and Make-outs and things like that are allowed, though only to a medium extent.
  • Only the lesser offensive words crap, dammit, damn and ass are allowed uncensored. Anything else must be blocked out with stars for every word that appears. Example, you don't write [letter]***, you write ****. Swearing directly at an user in your story will lead to a ban.
  • No, absolutely no over the top scary/gory pictures, and absolutely no pornography. At all.
  • No insulting other people in your stories, unless the characters are completely fictional.
  • You may write stories that deal with topics like race, homosexuality, political matters and religion, but at the first sign that you are trying to directly say that a view is right/wrong, your page will be deleted.
  • Categorize your stories well, it will only do good for them.
  • Good layout and structure. Failing basic things (like only moderate amount of mistakes, etc) will get your page deleted.
  • Try your best when writing.

Fanon/Fan fiction Edit

  • There must be at least a few similarities between the real story and your fanon (Characters, plot elements, locations, etc).
  • Nothing erotic. Kisses and Make-outs and things like that are allowed, though only to a medium extent.
  • Only the words crap, dammit, damn and ass are allowed uncensored. Anything else must be blocked out with stars for every word that appears. Example, you don't write [letter]***, you write ****. Swearing directly at an user in your story will lead to a ban.

  • Categorize your stories well, it will only do good for them. If your story is based off a movie like 28 Days Later, categorize it as "Fan Fiction:28 Days Later", or "Fanon:28 Days Later" and create the category if it doesn't exist.
  • Good layout and structure. Failing basic things (like only moderate amount of mistakes, etc) will get your page deleted.
  • Fanon, defined by Wikipedia, "Fan fiction is almost never regarded as canonical. However, certain ideas may become influential or widely accepted within fan communities, who refer to such ideas as "fanon," a portmanteau of fan and canon." Fan-fiction, however, "Fan fiction (alternately referred to as fanfiction, fanfic, FF, or fic) is a broadly-defined term for fan labor regarding stories about characters (or simply fictional characters) or settings written by fans of the original work, rather than by the original creator. Works of fan fiction are rarely commissioned or authorized by the original work's owner, creator, or publisher; also, they are almost never professionally published. Fan fiction, therefore, is defined by being both related to its subject's canonical fictional universe and simultaneously existing outside the canon of that universe." Remember these.
  • Try your best when writing.

General Edit

  • No Spam or Vandalism.
  • Assume good faith.
  • When your page is deleted, do not take it as a personal attack.
